About
I am Kapil Nautiyal aka 'Yogi Ojas'
He was born in Himalayan state of Uttarakand land where yoga city Rishikesh and holy places like Badrinath and Kedarnath are situated. He has been curious about inner self and finding the nucleus inside since childhood; started practicing spontaneous breathwork early and gained spiritual experiences.

Kapil since childhood was deeply connected and went into trance states being one with it. He was also curious about finding his inner self 'nucleus' inside. He loved exploring the Himalayas outside and the world of prana or energy inside. He mastered the art of breathing and had a spontaneous awakening early in life.
Born in a traditional spiritual family he lived a normal, simple life outside. He decided o further explore yogic learning. Soon he experienced a powerful spiritual experience. He decided to continue living a normal corporate life as his inner guru guided him to do so.

He experienced multiple ups and downs in the journey including periods of 'dark nights' and 'spiritual awakening' where he connected with the higher self.
Through years of guidance from master's, coaches & mentors, dedicated practice, following balanced lifestyle and mindful behavior, he realized importance of holistic lifestyle. He developed an integrated approach incoporating Breathwork, Mindfulness, energy practices like Qi Gong and Mindset transformation tools to live a holistic life and connecting to one's highest potential.

The next 14 years were period of Vanvas/ exile - A period of further understanding this energy & intelligence which itself guided me what to change and learn. He had to undergo intense periods of challenges in physical and mental health. He realized importance of physical health, habits, discipline, going beyond comfort zone and aspects which he had earlier ignored to an extent. He understood the importance of balancing and understanding all facets of mind, body and spirit - Physical health, emotions, subconscious mind, habits and the importance of patience and acceptance. He met various gurus, healers, mystics and learnt from them. He develop an integrated approach to living a holistic life based on these learnings useful to modern society.

It was then during Covid when was guided to share my learnings and experiences with others so they could also benefit and understand the creative and joyous inner states.​

Now he has decided to leave corporate career and devote his life to sharing these practices to help overcome stress, anxiety, and lead a healthy lifestyle.
